Here is the official write-up from the Athens News:
“Through this Thursday, the Athens Photographic Project (APP) is presenting new work by artists who participated in the APP’s 2013 – 2014 introductory and advanced level photography classes. As part of the “Revealing Light” group exhibition, juried prints, portfolios and handcrafted books are on view at the Dairy Barn Arts Center in Athens. The exhibition is free of charge and on display through Thursday. A reception for the exhibit was held early Friday evening. Since 2000, according to a news release, APP has strengthened area mental-health recovery by providing community members with the opportunity to engage in self-discovery, creative expression, and community contribution through the arts.”
